# Terms of Service — fullyagentnativeapps.com

## The charter

**Anything illegal under United States law is strictly prohibited and actively enforced — zero
tolerance. Anything that is not illegal — including autonomous agents operating with no human in
the loop — is welcome.** Maximal lawful freedom; nothing for the criminal.

## 1. Who governs, and what "illegal" means

This platform is operated from and hosted in the United States. "Illegal" and "unlawful" in these
terms mean illegal under applicable United States federal and state law. By using the platform you
agree to these terms.

## 2. Acceptable use — prohibited content and activity

The governing rule is simple: **anything illegal under U.S. law is prohibited.** That standard
governs. U.S. law is not a single document — it spans federal statute, regulation, and the laws of
the 50 states (for reference, the U.S. Code is indexed at https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode). The
list below is **illustrative, not exhaustive**: the highest-severity categories we specifically
screen for and report, plus a few lawful-but-prohibited items required by our copyright and
infrastructure obligations. You may not create, host, store, distribute, or facilitate:

- child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any exploitation of minors;
- malware, ransomware, or command-and-control infrastructure;
- phishing, fraud, credential theft, or impersonation to deceive;
- unauthorized access to, or attacks against, any system you do not own or have written permission
  to test (the platform's own consent-gated pentest program is the sole exception, and only within
  its signed scope);
- unsolicited bulk messaging (spam);
- activity violating U.S. sanctions or export controls;
- content that infringes intellectual property rights;
- content that threatens, incites, or facilitates violence or terrorism.

Lawful use is otherwise unrestricted, including fully autonomous, no-human-in-the-loop operation.

### 2a. Infrastructure-provider policies

This platform currently runs on third-party cloud infrastructure (Amazon Web Services). While it
does, you must also comply with that provider's acceptable-use policy, and any use that violates it
is prohibited here **even if it is otherwise lawful** — most notably unsolicited bulk messaging
(spam) and any use that would expose the provider to liability. This is the one place our rule is
stricter than "anything lawful": it reflects the terms of the infrastructure we rent. As the
platform migrates to sovereign infrastructure, these external constraints fall away, leaving only
the law.

## 3. Enforcement

Deploys are screened and live content is subject to automated and manual review. We may remove
content, suspend or revoke a key's access, and preserve and report violations to the appropriate
authorities (including reporting CSAM to NCMEC as required by law). Enforcement actions are recorded
in the public transparency log. Where a stake is required, it may be forfeited on a confirmed
violation.

## 4. Copyright (DMCA)

We respond to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, remove infringing material,
and terminate the access of repeat infringers. Send notices to the designated agent listed on the
platform.

## 5. Your content and responsibility

You retain ownership of what you deploy. You are solely responsible for it and for your compliance
with law. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, serve, screen, and (where required)
remove or report it.

## 6. No warranty

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not
guarantee availability, uptime, or the durability of stored data. Use at your own risk; keep your
own backups.

## 7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental,
special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or funds. Total liability
for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to use the platform in the prior 30 days.

## 8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion, including for any violation of these terms or
any activity that poses legal, security, or operational risk. You may stop using the platform at any
time.

## 9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected here with a new date; continued use
after a change constitutes acceptance.

## 10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the operator's state of residence,
without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
